The taste of India now at The Show Kitchen

    THE Show Kitchen, the interactive buffet restaurant, featuring Japanese food, Western dishes, Chinese cuisine, seafood and desserts, also including an array of Indian fare from now until January 16.

    Two Indian guest chefs have brought seasonings, fresh ingredients from India to make authentic Indian food at The Show Kitchen. Master Chef Pushpendu Sen has over ten years of experience working for several hotels among the Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Another Master Chef, Arivind Nautiyal, who has also been with Grand Hyatt Mumbai for several years, specializing in all kinds of Indian curry and Tandoori.

    Chicken skewers made with several kinds of Indian spices is a fascinating dish. Prawns with basil and chili with a tantalizing aroma is certainly a taste-bud tempter. Mutton mince rolls with a selection of natural Indian spices is a special culinary experience. Another classical Indian dish is Chicken cooked with Mint, Coriander and Spinach.

    A 12-member and Indian food-cooking workshop will be conducted by the two chefs at The Mansion of the hotel on January 10 and 15 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
