LOCATED beside the picturesque Songshan Lake, Hyatt Regency Dongguan has established a reputation for its advanced facilities, service and food. From March, the hotel has added Chinese elements into its already plentiful breakfast buffet to offer better experience to guests.

    The selected Chinese dishes include pork and century egg congee, steamed barbecued pork buns, pan-fried turnip cake with local preserved meat, and steamed chicken buns.

    The breakfast is served at the Cafe at 118 yuan per head, plus 15 percent service charge.
