The Economic & Commercial Office of Spain in Guangzhou is holding a weeklong Spanish food festival at the Pipette restaurant at InterContinental Shenzhen till this Sunday. During the festival, diners will be able to taste Spanish specialties including jamon iberico (Iberian ham) and sherry vinegar, as well as classic Spanish dishes such as salmorejo cordoves (cold tomato soup). Two set menus, each including four top Spanish wines and eight classic Spanish dishes, cost 1,288 yuan per person, plus a 15 percent service charge.
