The hotel is located near the Universiade Sports Center in Longgang. With investment and construction by China Overseas Property Co. Ltd. and managed by the Pavilion Hotels Management Company, the hotel is Spanish-themed and characterized by an elegant business style. It is as an officially designated hotel for Universiade Shenzhen 2011 and will accommodate guests from all over the world, especially reporters, during the Games. With a total of 26 floors, The Pavilion Longgang has 418 rooms, a Chinese restaurant, an all-day dining Western restaurant, a French restaurant, a lobby bar, an executive lounge and other dining facilities. The hotel also has a 1,500-square-meter grand ballroom, several meeting rooms, a fitness center, a business center, a shopping arcade, a flower shop, a wedding garden, a SPA center, and other facilities ensuring a perfect stay.
