Mystery dinner
    2011-09-30  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

FROM Sept. 16 to Oct. 15, Shizuku Japanese Restaurant of JW Marriott Shenzhen will introduce a creative dining concept - “Pay What You Think It’s Worth” for a mystery dinner.

Guests will be served a mystery menu prepared by the restaurant’s Japanese chef Eiji Nakamura. From the freshest and seasonal ingredients available, Eiji will prepare a six-course dinner including appetizer and dessert for the guests. At the end of the dinner, guests can decide to pay whatever price they feel is proportional to their feelings towards the dinner, be it on the food, ambience or the overall experience.

Shizuku offers an exquisite purity of taste and effortless Japanese elegance. Chefs from Japan prepare a range of traditional favorites and seasonal specialties as well as more innovative dishes.

To experience this mystery dinner, advance reservation by phone is required. Each guest can only book one table at a time. All reservations are made on a first-come-first-served basis.
