THE Chinese restaurant at Seaview O•City Hotel Shenzhen has reopened after refurbishment, and will again offer diverse Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine. Hot Sichuan food and delicate Cantonese food are the most popular choices in Shenzhen. Among the signature dishes at the restaurant is boiling fish fillets presented in a big classic porcelain bowl. The waitress will then use a colander to take away the red chillis and other spices floating on the dish, leaving fresh fish fillets and bean sprouts ready to eat.
