Italian cooking course opens at Sheraton SZ

SHERATON Shenzhen’s fifth Italian cooking course opens Feb. 25 and enrollment is under way.

The Italian Culture Cooking Course teaches ladies who want to become the next “Master Chef” how to cook very special dishes.

The course lasts five weeks, with class once a week. Fifteen spots are available. Vincenzo Gatt, Italian sous chef from the Mezzo Italian Restuarant, is the instructor.

The last week of the course includes a fun competition. Winners can receive room certificates and dining vouchers for Starwood hotels.

Price: 988 yuan (including cost of ingredients and materials for the five-week course)
