ELBA, the elegantly designed Italian restaurant on the 99th floor of The St. Regis Shenzhen, proudly presents authentic Tuscan cuisine this October.

Elba provides traditional Italian cuisine made with fresh ingredients imported from all over the world with spectacular views. A large selection of wines is also on offer to pair with the top- notch delicacies.

Throughout this month, authentic Tuscany dishes prepared by chef Arnolfo Raimondi, an Italian national who has more than 10 years of culinary experience, using top quality ingredients from Tuscan, such as Cinta Senese ham and premium cheese varieties.

Recommended dishes include Cinta Senese ham and Pecorino Marzolino cheese, bucatini tossed with clams, zucchini and dry caviar, rich seafood broth with sea bream, octopus, squid, scallop, mussel and clams, as well as handmade Tuscan-style spinach and ricotta gnocchi.
