FROM now until Feb. 15, The Grill & Bar, located on the second floor of Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen, is providing premier Wagyu beef steak. Each stake, including rib eye, tenderloin, and T-bone, costs 268 yuan per portion plus a 15-percent service charge. The steaks are adapted to local palates by the restaurant’s Swiss chef Severin. Severin has over 10 years of experience and is an expert in European cuisines, especially those of the Mediterranean, France, and Britain. Before he came to Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen, he worked in Mirage Hotel by Sheraton Port Douglas Australia and The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa Malaysia as executive sous chef. The Grill & Bar opened in July last year, serving first-rate steaks, a wide range of European and New World wines and signature cocktails as well as hosting games. The Grill & Bar is conducive to both doing business and casual dining and gathering. Diners can see chef Severin’s team in action in the semi-open kitchen.
