An experienced hotelier with a cosmopolitan background, Jin will strive to look for new ways to make modern travelers’ stay more memorable by anticipating guests’ ever-changing expectations. With almost two decades of experience working for luxury hotels in China and across the globe, Jin joined The Ritz-Carlton organization in 2007, at The Ritz-Carlton, Sanya and successfully led the opening of the hotel as director of rooms. For his outstanding performance while leading the team, he was recognized as “Leader of the Year” in 2009. In 2014, his superior leadership skills earned him a promotion to executive assistant manager of rooms at The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen.
