Rosewood Sanya holds first mass recruitment
    2017-03-03  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

AS part of the preparations for its opening in the second quarter of 2017, Rosewood Sanya held its first mass recruitment activity Feb. 19 and 20.

Almost 260 vacancies were available in 10 departments, including sales and marketing, front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, finance, spa, executive office and human resources.

The recruitment attracted more than 1,000 people and nearly 700 resumes were received over the two-day event. One highlight of the mass recruitment event was the process of interviewing through interactive games rather than traditional question and answer.

The purpose of such games was to select the right candidates with a proactive attitude and appropriate communication skills. More than 30 letters of intent were offered to successful candidates during the two-day event and another 100 candidates are to be confirmed.

Rosewood’s aggressive development provides a formidable stepping stone for equally dynamic and ambitious associates. To support personal and professional growth, training will be available through the hotel’s trainee programs and partnerships with the prestigious Harvard and Cornell universities.(SD News)
