New hotel offers a world of new experiences
    2017-06-16  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

THE 450-room Hotel Jen Beijing recently opened its doors to guests as a new destination for work, play and travel.

Conveniently located in the center of Beijing’s CBD, the hotel features a vibrant co-working hub, the only gastropub with its own brewery in the Guomao area, and an expansive, industrial-chic world-class gym catering to fitness enthusiasts and road warriors.

Designed by Stickman Tribe Dubai, Hotel Jen Beijing features a distinct urban environment with a playful twist and is poised to become a vibrant space for style-savvy locals and adventurous travelers to mingle and be inspired.

From the centerpiece tree sculpture and suspended porcelain leaves in the lobby to the copper beer vats laser-cut with Chinese zodiac signs in the gastropub, eye-catching works of art can be found in every corner of the hotel.

Guests can continue to explore this exciting visual landscape with each guestroom floor showcasing a unique theme such as the visual arts, nature, architectural styles or personas from around the world.

“We want to create a new hospitality experience where this hotel will be a modern-day playground for business and leisure travelers and the local residents of Beijing,” said Clifford Weiner, general manager of Hotel Jen Beijing.

“We want to inspire our guests to leave everyday routines behind by providing them with alternative, energizing ways to work smarter, play harder and travel better.”

The new hotel offers 450 contemporary rooms and suites all of which feature a soothing neutral palette with pops of color and modern work spaces with multiple USB charging bays and complimentary Wi-Fi connectivity.

The spacious rooms start at 40 square meters and feature floor-to-ceiling windows which bathe them in natural light. All have views of the city, with around 100 rooms and 40 suites overlooking the iconic CCTV headquarters.

San Wu Tang, an all-day-dining restaurant overlooking Beijing’s skyline, provides guests with a unique Southeast Asian dining experience while staying true to the local flavors. Beersmith, the only gastropub in the Guomao area, brews a refreshing selection of seasonable beers in custom-designed copper vats.

To celebrate its opening, Hotel Jen Beijing is offering a limited-period package starting from 1,199 yuan per night till Aug. 31. The offer includes one night’s stay in a Jen room and buffet breakfast for one person as well as free use of Wi-Fi and gym facilities.
