JING An Shangri-La, West Shanghai will invite Bjoern Alexander, executive chef of TWENTY SIX by Liberty in Hong Kong, to craft a four-day exclusive set menu at The 1515 WEST Chophouse & Bar from Sept. 27 to 30.

A German native, Alexander has worked under various famous chefs and gained worldwide recognition. This time, at The 1515 WEST Chophouse & Bar, he will present a series of carefully cultivated dishes that capture the essence of food, art and nature, bringing food lovers a new gastronomic experience through the art of cooking.

“Cooking and art are my life, and are also great ways to express,” said Alexander about his philosophy towards his craft. He treats dinner plates like canvases and uses carefully-selected ingredients to curate exquisite artwork.
