GUEST chefs Li Jianhong and Ruan Pingzhong from Hilton Dali have brought selected rare matsutake and bolete mushrooms from Yunnan Province to Lanting, Hilton Shenzhen Futian’s on-site restaurant, in a special presentation of Yunnan cuisine. The food festival will run through Sunday, during which Yunnan signature dishes including crockpot-steamed Yunnan matsutake chicken soup and wok-fried Cangshan Mountain bolete with dried chili will be available to foodies in Shenzhen. There will also be the famous Dali Rushan rolls with local cheese, braised fish and Dali papaya in sour-and-hot sauce, sure to be a special treat for every taste bud. During the festival, guests can enjoy complimentary Dali rose flower cake and participate in lucky draws for a chance to win Hilton Dali room vouchers, which may result in an impromptu trip to Dali for the romance of “the breeze, the flowers, the snow and the moon.” (Yang Mei) |
