    2017-11-03  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

FROM Nov. 10 to 11, Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen will present “The Taste of Artistry,” a Four Seasons signature showcase.

Join executive chef Giovanni D’Alessandro of Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen, and Michelin-starred guest chef Charles Cheung of Four Seasons Hotel Macao, Cotai Strip for a unique multi-sensory epicurean journey. Delight your palette with an East-meets-West “Four Hands” dining experience surrounded by stunning installations from famous international pop art masters.

Sip season-inspired cocktails by a guest mixologist from Proof & Co. at an outdoor pop-up bar. Then, savor exquisite set Cantonese menus with premium tea pairings and an exclusive cooking class with master chef Cheung. A 48-hour taste tour through Shenzhen awaits you.

Don’t miss an exclusive lunch and dinner experience with Cheung as he brings Ziyatheen’s Michelin-starred, creative Cantonese cuisine across the South China Sea for one weekend only. A native Cantonese, Cheung has enjoyed an illustrious culinary career spanning Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland for almost 40 years.

Sit back, relax and unwind at the Yi Bar or enjoy the natural surroundings of the outdoor terraces which will feature an exclusive pop-up bar, which will offer the finest quality drinks, including handcrafted cocktails inspired by each of the four seasons. A DJ entertains nightly.

Appreciate Cantonese cuisine from a new perspective in a cooking class with Cheung who will share his personal culinary journey, favorite experiences and a few secret recipes Nov. 11.

The in-depth lesson will take your culinary skills to the next level as Cheung reveals key techniques he has amassed in his almost four-decade career, and imparts a few classic recipes that can be recreated at home.

East-meets-West “Four Hands,” an eight-course wine dinner presented by Cheung and D’Alessandro on Nov. 11 at Art Gallery, will be a unique dining experience. Delight is a colorful, multi-sensory gastronomic experience with Cheung and D’Alessandro.

Set at the interior of the ground floor art gallery and in collaboration with Bravo Art Group, indulge in a thoughtful and refined degustation dinner with premium wine pairings that marry the wonderful worlds of food, art, and wine for one night only.

To fold the joy of a beautiful dinner over into a memorable weekend, Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen provides “The Best Night Ever” package which includes a lavish stay in an ambassador suite, a special room service dinner, champagne breakfast for two and much more. The package is valid every Saturday through Nov. 18.

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is hosting The Taste of Artistry across nine of its hotels in China, celebrating the brand’s talent and passion for creativity, craftsmanship and collaboration in food, cocktails, art and culture.
