WITH the coming of spring, Mandarin Oriental, Sanya, an idyllic hotel on the premium holiday resort at the tip of tropical and mountainous Hainan Island, is presenting an exotic Indian dining experience as well as a series of special offers to customers. From now to March 31, Indian chef Pawan is preparing Punjab delicacies at the International Pavilion restaurant with unique spices and recipes newly discovered during his latest trip back home, ready to reclaim the taste buds of foodies in a whole new way. The Indian delicacy season, unveiled with Curry Night held March 8, offers a themed Indian barbecue carnival, “Night of Bollywood,” every Saturday night. Together with stunning exotic performances, it provides customers an opportunity to experience age-old Indian culture without having to travel far. And in celebration of Easter, the catering team of the hotel will prepare an Easter Brunch Party at its beachfront area, lighting up the spring holiday with mouthwatering food and drink from across the world and an onsite DJ performance. The serene spa and fitness center on-site at the hotel provides a splay of treatments for ladies, giving them a journey not only to a beautiful landscape but also to physical and mental wellbeing. All the ladies that schedule an 80-minute spa treatment will also be given complimentary eye care. (Chen Xiaochun) |
