And having retained its Michelin Star for nine consecutive years, Mandarin Grill & Bar uses the finest organic ingredients and seasonal produce to plate contemporary adaptation of grill specialties. The “Escape to the Michelin Stars” room package offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience at the three award-winning restaurants and a range of privileges that include accommodation in a luxurious suite for two nights, a dim sum set lunch at Man Wah for two persons, a tasting dinner with wine pairing at Pierre for two persons, a three-course dinner with wine pairing at Mandarin Grill & Bar for two persons, and daily breakfast at Clipper Lounge or Café Causette for two persons.
