Hotel presents an ‘Escape to Michelin Stars’
    2018-06-09  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

LONG renowned for excellence in dining, Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong continues to delight gastronomes from around the world with a new “Escape to the Michelin Stars” room package.

As the only hotel in Hong Kong to house three restaurants recognized by the coveted Michelin Guide with a total of four stars, guests will embark on a sensational culinary journey while residing in a luxurious suite.

Amid the collection of 10 individually unique restaurants and bars situated at the hotel, the three Michelin-rated restaurants have designed menus to surprise and delight gourmands.

Two Michelin-star Pierre offers modern French cuisine and is perched on the 25th floor of the hotel with floor-to-ceiling windows framing Victoria Harbor.

Located on the same floor, Michelin-starred Man Wah serves authentic Cantonese local and regional specialties and is often regarded as Hong Kong’s most beautiful dining room.

And having retained its Michelin Star for nine consecutive years, Mandarin Grill & Bar uses the finest organic ingredients and seasonal produce to plate contemporary adaptation of grill specialties.

The “Escape to the Michelin Stars” room package offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience at the three award-winning restaurants and a range of privileges that include accommodation in a luxurious suite for two nights, a dim sum set lunch at Man Wah for two persons, a tasting dinner with wine pairing at Pierre for two persons, a three-course dinner with wine pairing at Mandarin Grill & Bar for two persons, and daily breakfast at Clipper Lounge or Café Causette for two persons. The package is available until Aug. 31 with a minimum two nights’ stay.(Maggie Tang)
