MARCO Polo Hotels Group has appointed Stephen Antram as general manager of Marco Polo Shenzhen. As a hotel veteran with more than 39 years’ experience in the industry, Antram will take over for acting general manager Patrick Park.

Antram possesses a long track record across Europe and Asia with international luxury hotel companies such as InterContinental and Sofitel and joins Marco Polo from his previous posting as general manager of Intercontinental Beijing Beichen.

Antram started his career in food and beverage, but possesses diverse operational experience from all divisions. Due to his strong financial background, he is a results-driven leader with a sharp analytical mind.

In his spare time, Antram enjoys sports, such as tennis, swimming, and is interested in travel and various cultures.

His ability to implement creative and strategic plans to improve guest experiences and revenues across all facets of the hotel has been the key to his success.(SD News)
