Using juicy and tender beef imported from Australia, the hotel’s professional culinary team cooks the meat to perfection according to the diner’s preference.

A variety of flavors are on offer, with tenderloins, sirloins, ribeyes and other cuts and red wine sauce, herb sauce or black truffle sauce to choose from.
