A FEAST of authentic Thai food is ready to satisfy the taste buds of Shenzhen foodies at the Thai food festival offered at the Pavilion Restaurant in Courtyard Shenzhen Northwest. Now through the end of August, the culinary team at the Pavilion Restaurant is using a selected array of ingredients to create incredible dishes for the “Thai Food Delights” promotion. Chefs at the restaurant cook with traditional Southeast Asian seasonings, such as coconut milk, basil, lemongrass, lime and chili, to match with colorful tropical fruits and vegetables, reflecting the distinctive and authentic tastes of Thailand. Diners can savor some 50 Thai dishes during the festival, including tom yum kung, Thai-style curry crab, Thai fried rice served in pineapple, papaya salad and Thai spring roll.
