FUTIAN Shangri-La, Shenzhen safeguards guest safety with double assurances, by presenting a range of smart technologies, providing services without in-person contact to allow guests to enjoy the whole stay experience while at the same time implementing industry-leading cleanliness and hygiene measures during the CONVID-19 period.

The newly launched “Smart” technology, available in 116 of the Horizon Club rooms of the hotel, offers a seamless experiences, from online check-in to online check-out, with a virtual “mobile key” and a “smart room” system to control in-room facilities.

Reservations made by Golden Circle members, Shangri-La’s loyalty program, on the Shangri-La app, the website, WeChat mini program and other direct booking channels, can pre-register their check-in information and verify their identity on the app.

Upon arrival, guests can skip the check-in queue at the Front Desk and proceed directly to their registered room with a Bluetooth “Mobile Key” to unlock the elevator and guestroom doors via the Shangri-La mobile app. In the guestroom, lighting, air conditioning and curtains can be controlled with the mobile phone. A remote control is also available, so guests can adjust the desired in-room temperature before returning to their rooms.

Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen has also implemented a series of stringent safety and hygiene measures, focusing on guests’ needs and concerns in six key areas, including disinfection, air quality, guestroom hygiene, dining, laundry and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions) services.
