THE Golden Keys China Membership Awards Ceremony recently took place at the Park Hyatt Guangzhou, and Aileen Shen, guest experience manager of Park Hyatt Guangzhou, has been awarded the China Golden Key lapel pin. Shen is not only the first member in Park Hyatt Guangzhou to receive the Golden Key recognition, but also the first female member of Hyatt Hotels and Resorts in southern China to get this award.

The Golden Key award is presented in recognition of Shen’s exceptional personal service, which is in line with Park Hyatt Guangzhou’s promise to its guests — unfolding a journey of discovery through rare and intimate experiences.

The Golden Keys is awarded by the international hotel concierge association Les Clefs D’Or which was founded in Paris in 1929. The recognition is synonymous with “excellent services rendered by a seasoned professional.”(SD News)
