
THREE signature restaurants at Sands Resorts Macao have marked their success in the recent Black Pearl Restaurant Guide 2021 Awards by launching irresistible new menu promotions. The prestigious culinary awards acknowledged The Parisian Macao’s La Chine (two diamonds), Lotus Palace (one diamond) and Four Seasons Hotel Macao’s Zi Yat Heen (one diamond). In celebration of the recognition, dedicated Black Pearl menus are available through Dec. 31. The French-inspired Chinese restaurant La Chine located on the sixth floor of The Parisian Macao’s Eiffel Tower is offering a superb set menu artfully combining some of the finest produce from around the world. Diners can savor deep-fried Gillardeau oysters, Iberian pork, foie gras, Boston lobster, braised sea cucumber and goose web. Providing a memorable dining experience, the outstanding Lotus Palace at The Parisian Macao presents its Black Pearl menu focusing on the finest seafood and meats. Following an appetizer of bamboo prawns and Hokkaido scallops, suckling pig with foie gras and smoked duck egg and osmanthus with caviar, diners will enjoy double-boiled sea cucumber soup, and a main course including fried French blue lobster with egg white and black truffle, steamed blue lobster claw, and more. The Four Seasons Hotel Macao’s one-diamond rated Zi Yat Heen has launched a six-course Black Pearl set menu featuring deluxe appetizers of barbecued suckling pig with gold leaf, scallops with fresh pear and red jellyfish.
