IN collaboration with the Italian fashion brand Max Mara, The Ritz-Carlton, Macao is presenting the Max Mara Anniversary Afternoon Tea Set and the Max Mara Anniversary Signature Coffee Collection at The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge and The Ritz-Carlton Café respectively through Feb. 28 next year.

The hotel announced earlier that the collaboration is to celebrate the Max Mara’s 70th anniversary. The Max Mara Tea Set, which is available in The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge located on the 51st floor of The Ritz-Carlton, Macao, features sweet and savory delicacies inspired by Max Mara’s elegant design.

The savory selections include classic European treats such as the truffle custard vol au vent (French for “windblown”), prosciutto rose, and spinach profiterole, while the desserts include toasted coconut, jaconde and maciera florte walnut. The tea set comes with an exclusive Max Mara souvenir.

The Ritz-Carlton Café at the hotel is offering coffee featuring latte art of Max Mara’s “M” and “!” designs. The coffee collection consists of five different flavors: caramel, toffee, vanilla, pumpkin and mint.
