The afternoon tea set will include more than 10 types of creative and exquisite delicious refreshments, inviting you to enjoy their delicacy and comfort on the tip of your tongue.

The hotel’s pastry chef Tony Zhao has selected premium ingredients of the season and skillfully crafted a variety of afternoon tea items of sophisticated sensation. The jasmine and pomelo chocolate cake is full of wonderful taste when the fragrance of jasmine is blended with refreshing pomelo and premium Valrhona chocolate; when roselle meets rose, with a bite, the scent of blooming spring will definitely overwhelm your taste buds; when sakura, the romantic symbol of spring is wrapped with red bean paste, it is sure to bring an endless sweet aftertaste of this season; Osmanthus and pear cake arises as a new tasty experience when floral scent accompanies the aroma of fruit.

Savories are also a must-try. The ingenious fusion of smoked salmon and avocado showcases an intersection of wonderful freshness; fresh and tender caramelized shrimp, paired with the mixed flavors of apple salsa and luxury caviar, is a gorgeous journey on the tongue.
