The launch of these programs, which focus on science and technology, fashion and design, and finance and economics, coincides with Shenzhen Media Group’s 20th anniversary Friday. Shenzhen Satellite TV’s latest move aims to create programs with a more significant global reach, according to Shenzhen Media Group, which also manages other local TV channels. Two out of the three new programs will focus on scientific and technological innovation, highlighting Shenzhen’s status as the country’s high-tech hub, according to remarks made by host Wang Haidong during the launch ceremony. The “Newest Cutting-Edge Technology” program, which will premiere Friday night, is said to be the country’s first TV program featuring AI-generated content. The program will feature academicians, scientists, and university professors as guests to provide commentary on cutting-edge developments in science and technology. The “Global Tech Eyes,” another new program, will feature an AI-generated digital anchor working alongside real-life host Chen Peiyao, who will guide viewers on a journey to the world’s latest science and technology scenes. The new edition of “Talk with Claire” is set to engage audiences Friday night by featuring top experts from relevant fields who will offer valuable suggestions for the quality development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Shenzhen Satellite TV has worked with local universities and sci-tech associations to form an academic consulting alliance that provides authoritative academic support and guidance for the content of the programs. |
