SEVEN Ph.D. holders became the first batch of doctoral graduates working in the city to receive research grants of 50,000 yuan (US$7,407) each, aimed at helping them transform their research into production.

There are currently 12 Ph.D. workshops in the city’s companies, with three at the city’s research institutes.
