QINGDAO was awarded for its achievements in food safety control at the China Food Safety Innovative Development Conference on Oct. 16.
The Qingdao Cuisine Association was awarded Contribution Award of the Year and Li Jiqing, deputy chief of the association, awarded the Excellent Contributor of the Year.
The conference was organized by Minsheng Weekly magazine and the China National Food Industry Association and other organizations in the food industry to honor those contributing to food safety control in 2009.
