TWENTY-FIVE representatives from 13 developing countries are attending a training course on intellectual property rights protection and technology policy in Qingdao.
The one-month training course, conducted by Qingdao Intellectual Property Rights Affairs Center includes lectures, on-site visits and field investigations.
It was one of the foreign-aid projects approved by the Ministry of Commerce to share knowledge and experience with developing countries.
Qingdao has offered four training courses to about 200 officials from developing countries this year.
