THE Qingdao Business Incubator Center for University Students started operating recently on Taishan Road. The 17-floor center covers about 30,000 square meters. The first three floors provide service such as policy consultation, guarantees and loan services, training services and online services, while the other floors were planned to provide 350 rooms for companies. The center planned to introduce more than 200 companies with 2,000 job vacancies. At the moment, there are 185 companies founded by university graduates in the center.

    In the center, a company founded by a university graduate in less than five yeas will operate rent-free for the first year, pay 50 percent in the second year and 30 percent in the third year. He can also apply for loans of 50,000 to 200,000 yuan.
