THREE of the world’s top 500 companies set up projects in Qingdao in October, bringing the total number of projects by the world’s top 500 companies in the city to 183.

    The three projects included a production project by Germany’s Bayer Group, a research and production project by Mitsubishi in Japan and a soil treatment project by SK Energy from South Korea. The three projects were all related to the energy-saving, new materials and new energy fields.
