TSINGTAO Brewery bought 100 percent of Shandong Xin Immense Beer shares from the Hong Kong Peixin Group on Dec. 7.

    Established in 1986, Shandong Xin Immense Beer produced about 550 billion liters of beer a year, the second biggest beer company in the province.

    As the two biggest beer companies in the province, the two brands had built a close relationship over the past 20 years. “We will keep the Shandong Xin Immense Beer brand, offering more choices for the customers,” a Tsingtao Brewery official said.
