QINGDAO was No. 10 on a list of China’s 35 key cities with development capability and potential for a headquarters’ economy, according to the Sixth China Headquarters Economy Summit Forum held recently in Guangzhou.

    Qingdao has been in the top 10 for three years in a row, which meant the city had already become an important headquarters base in China and can keep improving with further development.
