Swift postpones concert

U.S. singer Taylor Swift is postponing* a show for the first time in her career.

Swift had to postpone Saturday night's show at the Yum Center in Louisville under doctor's orders because of an illness. Swift postponed the show until October 11.

Moss weds Hince

Supermodel Kate Moss has married rockstar Jamie Hince in a star-studded* ceremony at St Peter's Church in a rural Cotswolds village on Friday.

The couple took over the community of Southrop for the day with roads closed. The couple were greeted by cheers from residents as they left the tiny church after the 45-minute ceremony, having spent time being photographed by Mario Testino, reportedly as part of a deal with U.S. Vogue.

Ferrera weds boyfriend

America Ferrera is a married lady.

People magazine's Web site says the 27-year-old "Ugly Betty" star and longtime boyfriend Ryan Piers Williams were wed last Monday night in "an intimate setting" with close friends and family in attendance.

Ferrera won an Emmy, a Golden Globe and a Screen Actors Guild Award for her portrayal of Betty Suarez on ABC's "Ugly Betty."

Michelle Yeoh deported

Myanmar government has deported* Hollywood actress Michelle Yeoh, who stars as pro-democracy* leader Aung San Suu Kyi in an upcoming movie, officials said last Tuesday.

The Malaysian actress arrived in the country's main city, Yangon, on June 22 and was deported the same day because she was on a blacklist, a government official said.
