“An Adventure in the Magic Kingdom,” one of Qiao Hu Drama’s latest productions, will be staged at Huaxia Art Center on Jan. 12-13.

Qiao Hu, a tiger, will take young audience members on an adventure together with his friends Liang Jingjiang, Qi Qi, Ling Ling and Tao Lebi.

All the characters have features, interests and dreams that will appeal to young fans. Qiao Hu likes football and doughnuts, for example, and is fascinated with adventures. Tao Lebi loves singing, photography and meatballs. She hopes to become a singing star or a photographer.

One day, the group of good friends play at the seaside and encounter Liang, a friend from the Magic Kingdom.

Liang invites them to travel to the bottom of the sea to attend the birthday party of Princess Tian Mimi.

To celebrate her initiation rite, the princess decides to seek three treasures: the Deepwater Pearl, Golden Seaweed and Diamond Heart.

The king sends a powerful wizard, Qi Qi, to protect Tian Mimi along the way.
