The front part of a container truck in flames on Hongling Flyover of Nigang Road in Luohu District yesterday afternoon. The container truck suddenly caught fire at about 1 p.m. yesterday when it was passing through Hongling Flyover. The front part of the truck was completely destroyed in the fire while the driver escaped unscathed. It took firefighters three minutes to put out the blaze. Traffic police investigations showed the fire was caused by the rupture of a fuel pipeline.
