Van catches fire, leads to traffic jam
     2014-June-18  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

Residents take photos of a massive traffic jam at Meilin Checkpoint on Monday morning. A van suddenly caught fire under Nanping Flyover on Meiguan Expressway at about 7:50 a.m. Monday, leading to the massive traffic jam at Meilin Checkpoint. Many bus riders were forced to change to the city’s Metro system, causing a huge influx of passengers at Minle Station on Longhua Line. Vehicles in Shenzhen are prone to catching fire in summer heat, with similar incidents having been reported a number of times so far this year. Liu Yujie
