A Shenzhen anti-smuggling officer checks goods seized from a smuggling network yesterday. Shenzhen Customs announced yesterday that a massive operation involving customs officers in 10 cities had cracked down on 12 smuggling gangs, which allegedly smuggled mobile displays, cameras, computers and milk powder, altogether worth more than 1 billion yuan (US$159 million).
