Workers on the 100th floor of the under-construction Ping An Financial Center in Futian CBD, Shenzhen, yesterday. Work on the first 100 floors of the 660-meter-tall skyscraper has been finished, with its height reaching 475.4 meters. Main construction is scheduled to be finished by the end of this year. The building, owned by Shenzhen-based financial conglomerate China Ping An Insurance (Group) Co., is expected to be the tallest building on the Chinese mainland and second-tallest in the world upon completion.
