Meaning:

    “太” means “extremely,” “扯” literally means to “drag,” and “了” has no real meaning. Originally from the Northeast dialect, this term was picked up by Chinese netizens and quickly became popular. It roughly means “This is just unbelievable!”

    B: 看一段视频。江苏有一个司机，把一辆小轿车从一个标准车位倒出，花了十分钟，还把旁边的车刮擦十五次。

    Kàn yīduàn shìpín。Jiāngsū yǒu yīgè sījī, bǎ yīliàng xiǎo jiàochē cóng yīgè biāozhǔn chēwèi dàochū, huā le shífēnzhōng, hái bǎ pángbiān de chē guācā shíwǔcì。
