IT looks like co-stars Dylan McDermott and Maggie Q are more than just workmates!
The duo, who were spotted shopping in L.A.’s Brentwood neighborhood together last month, spent a romantic evening together Saturday, Oct. 25, dining a deux at Santa Barbara.
A source told Us Weekly that the pair, who fight crime together on CBS’s new drama “Stalker,” arrived at the restaurant a little early and were sent outside to wait for their table.
When their places were set, rather than opting to sit opposite each other, the duo sat next to one another, and remained very close and touchy-feely for the duration of dinner.
“They were very flirty, smiling at each other, canoodling,” said the onlooker of the pair, who are nearly 20 years apart in age (he turned 53 the following day, while she’s 35). “At one point she was feeding him at the table.”
“American Horror Story” star McDermott ended his 14-year marriage to actress Shiva Rose in 2009. The exes have two daughters together, Colette, 18, and Charlotte, 9.
Maggie Q was born Margaret Denise Quigley to an American father and a Vietnamese mother, and after growing up in Hawaii with an athletic bent, she found success as a model in Hong Kong to earn money for school.
As a past star of Asian-based action films, after which she played the title character of the CW thriller “Nikita” for four seasons, Maggie Q has done her best to evade off-screen attention of all kinds.
Maggie Q, whose credits include “Live Free or Die Hard,” the recent “Divergent” and, in 2006 with Tom Cruise, “Mission Impossible: III,” is widely recognized as an “action star,” which, she concedes, has a pejorative ring.
“Stalked” distances her from the rock-’em-sock-’em genre. She hopes her series will shine a light on the trauma of being stalked, and serve as a reminder that everyone can take steps to safeguard their private lives.
