FAMED Chinese director Zhang Yimou’s next film, “The Great Wall,” will be his first predominantly English-speaking feature.

    The language for the upcoming historical action feature was revealed last week by Legendary Pictures’ Asian subsidiary, Legendary East, at the U.S.-China Film Summit in Los Angeles.

    Legendary East CEO Peter Loehr said the film “will be made for a world audience,” aiming to create a “large, very visual picture.”

    “The Great Wall” is an epic with sci-fi elements.(SD-Agencies)
