ABC has decided to deny admission to “Members Only.”
The drama, which was to star John Stamos, will not join the Alphabet Net’s midseason line-up as originally planned, said The Hollywood Reporter.
Created by Susannah Grant, the series — conceived as an “upstairs/downstairs” look at the goings-on in a tony Connecticut country club — got a straight-to-series order in January.
Stamos was to play the billionaire husband of a character played by Natalie Zea. The cast also included Betsy Brandt, Boris Kodjoe, Luke Mitchell and Michael Landes.
Director David O. Russell exited the project in February.(SD-Agencies)
