    “有钱” means “being rich,” “就是” means “just be,” and “任性” means “headstrong and willful.” A popular saying among Chinese netizens recently, this sentence can be translated as “Those rich people are just so headstrong and willful.” It is used to mock the weird and abnormal behaviors of some rich people that most of us find hard to understand. Netizens have also replaced “有钱” (being rich) with other terms like “年轻” (being young) and “成绩好” (being a top student).
