THE controversial TV drama “The Empress of China” is now facing another cancelation from being aired on TV.

    A press conference due to be held today by Zhejiang TV about the presence of the drama via the commercial satellite station, has been canceled.

    Zhejiang TV, who previously planned to air the drama this Sunday, hasn’t responded to whether they will air it as planned.

    It has stirred quite a public debate as it was pulled from Chinese airwaves shortly after being on air.

    Media reports are suggesting that the sudden pullback was because the female characters were showing too much cleavage.
