CHINESE actress Zhang Ziyi and rocker Wang Feng have filed a notice of intended marriage in Hong Kong, and are expected to make things official by June 29, said Apple Daily.

    The couple submitted the notice on March 29, and have to register their marriage within three months, said a report on the website of the daily. June 29 will be Wang’s 44th birthday. He proposed to Zhang, 36, at her birthday party in February.

    The Straits Times via NetEase website reported that Zhang’s representative would only say the actress had not registered her marriage.

    Both stars are based in Beijing and gave addresses in the city’s Chaoyang District in the notice, said Apple Daily.

    Zhang is said to have applied for Hong Kong residency in 2007, however.

    Chinese media reports also said the couple have bought two villas in the same housing estate in Beijing’s suburbs. With the furnishing work already done, the villas are likely to be their new homes.(SD-Agencies)
