     2015-April-23  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

Rescuers search for survivors after a bus carrying dozens of Indian pilgrims veered off a highway and plunged into a river in Nepal yesterday. At least 17 Indian pilgrims were killed and more than 20 injured. The accident took place at 6:40 a.m. when the bus skidded off the Prithvi highway, rolled down 150 meters and plunged into Jhyapre river in Dhading district, some 50 km west of Kathmandu. According to the police, the Indian nationals were returning home after praying at the Pashupatinath temple. Xinhua
