FAMED Chinese cross talk comedian Su Wenmao passed away in Tianjin on Sunday.

    The news was first released on China’s Twitter-like Sina Weibo account around 1 p.m.

    The 86-year-old performing artist had followed renowned cross talker Chang Baokun in the 1940s and gradually formed his own style. He later cooperated with many cross talkers and enjoyed a high reputation for his “Su-style cross talks.” (SD-Agencies)
