    THE 11th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF), which opens today, will only accepts invited guests and registered potential buyers during its first two days. Foreign guests are reminded to bring their passports.

    Visitors following the ICIF’s WeChat account can buy tickets at a discount.

    The general public with tickets can visit the main venue at Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center between Saturday and Monday. Visitors from the general public can also attend the fair from Saturday to Monday by providing a valid ID and a code sent through WeChat.

    Business visitors can also reserve a ticket through ICIF’s WeChat and get admission with a valid ID and a verification code with a reservation via WeChat.

    During the fair period, all visitors are required to bring ID cards or passports to enter the main venue, the fair organizer said.

    Exhibitors with exhibition certificates can ride the Metro and certain bus routes for free.

    Shenzhen’s health commission has arranged a medical team to be stationed at the fair venue in case emergency medical treatment is required. It has also designated Peking University Shenzhen Hospital as the major hospital serving the ICIF.

    The official WeChat account “文博会,” which is run by ICIF organizers, offers online services such as ticket purchasing and event notifications.
