Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi visits the Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses in Xi’an on Thursday. Modi, who is on a three-day visit to China, was given a spectacular Tang Dynasty-style welcome Thursday evening in the ancient city, before he attended a banquet hosted by Chinese President Xi Jinping. Xi’an is the capital of Shaanxi and Xi’s ancestral home province. It is very rare for Chinese leaders to accompany foreign leaders outside Beijing. (Story on P4)Xinhua
